Step 3: Decide buy vs rent vs lease vs used

But the rental quote should include a calibration certificate, shipping, insurance, and a clear damage policy. If you need the camera eight months a year, buying may be cheaper—run the math.

'One-stop' can be convenient, but it can also mean 'half-done.'

Step 7: Pilot, accept, and document the asset
